Because of this skill set, he has the ability to find properties for his clients and work the purchase contract in their favor: therefore; giving them equity in their property the day they close. He works best with the investment minded client but also has a vast array of experience and knowledge in listing homes for sale, mortgage financing, titling options on properties, tax deferred transactions, and commercial financing.

Julie is a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Planner with Guardian and focuses on families that are relocating to Southern California and or first time home buyer's. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Julie is detail oriented and very well organized ensuring that you understand every step of the real estate and or mortgage financing transaction. Her mortgage financing experience comes from many years with JP Morgan Chase before joining the Guardian Team.

Jeremy is a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Planner with Guardian Mortgage. His focus is on "hard money" and commercial loans, educating Realtors on the latest and forthcoming financing programs available to their clients, and refinancing existing liens and equity lines for borrowers. He holds an Associates Degree in Accounting.

Mayra's focus is on the Hispanic market throughout Southern California. Her background studies are in Finance and Real Estate and she is currently the broker assistant here at Guardian. Mayra has a passion to educate her customers about the various loan programs available in the marketplace, and to pre-qualify and place them with the appropriate Realtors.
