Carlsbad Real Estate

The City of Carlsbad, located thirty miles north of downtown San Diego, dates back to the 1880’s when a former sea captain, John Frazier, dug a well for water. He began selling his water at the little whistle stop train station on the California Southern Railroad in the town where it became very popular with travelers.
